By registering as a service provider on Azalake Huduma, you declare that all information provided during registration — including but not limited to your full legal name, national identification number, business registration details, qualifications, certifications, and work experience — is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
All providers must meet the following requirements based on their registration type. Only verified providers will be approved to offer services on the platform.
You understand and agree that you shall be fully and personally liable for any fraudulent, false, or misleading information submitted to the platform. Azalake Huduma reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban your account, report the matter to the relevant Tanzanian law enforcement authorities, and pursue civil or criminal proceedings as permitted by law.
As a registered provider, you commit to: arriving on time for all booked appointments; performing services with professional skill and due care; treating customers with respect and courtesy; maintaining clean and safe working conditions; not engaging in any form of harassment, theft, or misconduct.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: using the platform to facilitate fraud, scams, or money laundering; impersonating another individual or business; providing services without proper licensing; soliciting customers for transactions outside the platform; sharing customer personal data with third parties.
You agree to provide clear and honest pricing for your services. Hidden fees, inflated charges, or bait-and-switch pricing tactics are strictly prohibited.
All providers must comply with applicable Tanzanian laws and regulations, including tax obligations, business licensing requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
All providers are required to provide valid disbursement payment details upon registration. Payments for completed services will be disbursed to the provider's registered bank account or mobile money account. Supported mobile money services include M-Pesa (Vodacom), Tigo Pesa (Tigo), and Airtel Money (Airtel).
By completing the provider registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Ethics. Violation of any provision may result in penalties including account suspension, financial penalties, and legal prosecution.
