By accessing and using Azalake Huduma ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including customers and service providers.
Azalake Huduma is an online marketplace connecting customers with verified home service providers across Tanzania. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment process but do not directly provide any services ourselves.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
All bookings are subject to provider availability. Prices displayed are estimates; final pricing will be confirmed by the provider where applicable. Payment is processed securely through the Platform to confirm the booking before provider fulfillment begins. Cancellation policies may apply as specified during booking.
Azalake Huduma acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality of services rendered by providers. We do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or results of any service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid through the Platform for the specific service in dispute.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
Azalake Huduma reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
